If your MacBook Pro does not turn on
Why is my MacBook Pro not turning on? It was working fine last night and now it does not boot or start. You may be scratching your head, it was just fine one day and next day it was not fine.
How to fix your MacBook Pro if it does not turn on?
- Your MacBook Pro is not charging properly. Check your charger is connected properly on the outlet.
- Try a different outlet.
- Try different MagSafe charger
- Check if you have light on the MagSafe charger while it is connected to the MacBook Pro
- Do SMC Reset
- Press power button for 10 sec and press the power button once again
If none of this setup works, we need to do invasive work. We need to open up your MacBook Pro back cover and inspect it. You have two option: go or talk with the nearest computer repair store or contact Apple Support.
